Our engine and gearbox building service includes:

• Engine development and accurate tuning on our computer controlled engine dyno.  Our dyno is specifically set up for 911 engines and has full data aquisition and a rating of over 1400hp at 10000rpm!;

• Engine management upgrades including anti-lag, traction and gearshift control, dashboards and telemetry.  We fit Motec and Vipec depending on the application;

• Turbo and intercooler conversions with custom exhaust systems;

• Twin-plug and water cooled head conversions including CNC head porting;

• Head air flowing and camshaft upgrades;

• Engine case air-flowing and dowel pinning;

• Close ratio gear sets, including sequential shifting;

• LSD, gearbox coolers and heavy duty diff housings;

• Pre and post tuning inspections using a 4 way video fiberscope;

• Pre-sale mechanical inspections and diagnostic services.

And while we are building your dream motor, we can help with chassis development to get the power to the ground, including:

• Coil-over suspension, RSR style arms and geometry modifications for '65 to 89 model 911s;

• Corner weighting;

• Big brake packages including ABS;

• Chassis strengthening;

• Lightweight components;

• Body updates and aerodynamic packages.

• Lightweight Tefzel wiring looms to Mil spec.

Fabrication services include:

• Prototype design with CAD and FEA;

• Reverse engineering and digitising;

• Full fabrication in aluminium and 4130 including Tig welding, tube bending etc;

• General machining and turning;

• Small production runs on our 4 axis CNC mill;

• Large components in aluminium or foam for mould making on our 4000 x 3000 x 500mm gantry CNC;

• Metal plate up to 32mm can be cut in our 3000 x 1800mm 3 axis CNC plasma cutter;

• Lightweight structural carbon or Kevlar composite parts made with RTI / Vacuum infusion.
